Review: Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gio Profumo
A classic among classics, this fragrance doesn’t need an introduction. For the last 20 years, Giorgio Armani’s Acqua di Gio has been flying off shelves around the world. In 2015, the latest edition of the bestseller is set to reinvent the symbol of male perfumery with its dry mineral freshness.

Described as: a scent of energy and freedom. The latest addition is a citrus/aquatic fragrance that adds new depth with the introduction of patchouli and incense, increasing the fragrances longevity on the skin.
Season: This fragrance is refreshing and ideal for spring and summer.
Wear it: Day and night. This fragrance is incredibly versatile and can be worn to the office, an evening date or a visit to the grocery store. It’s perfect for all occasions.
Price: 125ml, $150. Profumo is available now from Myer and David Jones stores nationally.
The Verdict: I’ve fallen in love all over again with this fragrance. Profumo is a modern adaptation of the original, which manages to captures the essence of Acqua di Gio while still being relevant to a younger audience. I found that on my skin this fragrance lasted as long as the original, which is sometimes difficult to achieve with a refreshing fragrance. I believe Profumo will be as popular as the original come Christmas time – it’s a great gift for the man in your life.
